SPECIALIST

Jennifer Windsor, MD Pain Management and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Colorado Springs Orthopaedic Group

Jennifer Windsor, MD, MBA

Board Certified PM&R and Pain Management Specialist

Areas of Interest

Dr. Jennifer Windsor is a board-certified specialist in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Management. A veteran of the United States Armed Forces, she brings extensive expertise in comprehensive, minimally invasive procedures and is dedicated to a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Working alongside the orthopedic specialists at Colorado Springs Orthopaedic Group, Dr. Windsor is the driving force behind the launch of our new PM&R and Pain Management program—expanding access to streamlined, coordinated care that helps patients find relief and return to the activities they love more efficiently than ever before.

Dr. Windsor’s passion for PM&R and Pain Management stems from her own journey. As a child, she was involved in a car accident that required back surgery, an inpatient hospital stay, and extensive rehabilitation. That experience opened her eyes to the profound impact this specialty can have on people’s lives. Inspired to make the same difference for others, she pursued a career where science, innovation, and personal connection intersect—finding it deeply rewarding to help patients navigate and overcome pain.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Windsor enjoys staying active through hiking, skiing, and golf. She also loves brewery hopping and spending time with her fiancé, Chris, and their goldendoodle, Wrigley. A Cleveland native, she remains a loyal fan of the Browns, Guardians, and Cavaliers. Fun fact: despite her sweet personality, she does not like chocolate—or coffee.
