Orthopedic injuries do not always happen when you have a scheduled appointment. CSOG Express Care provides convenient, same-day evaluation for sudden bone, joint, muscle, and sports-related injuries that do not require emergency room care.
Our expert team treats a broad range of problems, including fractures, sprains and strains, ligament and tendon injuries, dislocations, joint injuries, and acute back or joint pain. Express Care also offers sports physicals for local school districts and recreational sports programs.

What is an Orthopedic Express Care?
An orthopedic express care is a walk-in clinic dedicated to treating bone, joint, and muscle injuries—such as sprains, fractures, dislocations, sports injuries and more—by highly trained orthopedic specialists. It's a faster, more affordable solution for same-day treatment of orthopedic injuries comparative to an urgent care or emergency room.
We do not treat conditions like chest pain, fevers, infections, or open wounds—just expert care for acute or chronic musculoskeletal, bone, and joint issues, when you need it most.
