Back to school means the end of summer and the start of school sports. Most schools will require a specific sports physical form to be completed before your child can participate. The Express Care Clinic is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 8am-12pm.
Our providers will get you in and out in a timely manner and provide all of the documentation you need to get your child on the field or court. This is generally a quick exam and no appointment is necessary.
