Special note from the Colorado Springs Orthopaedic Group regarding the coronavirus
At Colorado Springs Orthopaedic Group, we are committed to the health, safety and well-being of our patients, staff and communities. CSOG is planning to remain open and continues to actively monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) in our community.
We are closely monitoring the impact of COVID-19 both at the national level and within our own community. The recommendations are changing frequently and we are committed to keeping our patients and staff safe.
To align with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, along with local departments of health recommendations, we ask that patients call CSOG to reschedule if they currently feel sick or have had any of the following symptoms in the last 14 days:
- Shortness of breath
Please also reschedule your appointment if you or someone you are in close contact with has recently traveled outside of the United States in the last two weeks.
Please contact our office prior to your appointment if you have recently traveled to Gunnison, Eagle, Summit, or Pitkin counties.
We understand that this is a stressful time for you and your loved ones. If you find that you are struggling and need someone to talk to, there are community resources available. Colorado Crisis Services can be found online (https://coloradocrisisservices.org/), by phone (1-844-493-8255), and via text (text “TALK” to 38255). It provides free, confidential, professional and immediate support for any mental health, substance use or emotional concern.
We have always been committed to maintaining a safe, clean environment in our office and will continue proper disinfection and sterilization protocols. We are taking additional precautions and limiting visitors in the lobbies to those who are assisting the patient or who are caregivers.
If you are healthy, we look forward to seeing you at your scheduled appointment.
