Dr. Foster was the Director of Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program at the University of Washington, Seattle, prior to coming to Colorado Springs in 1984.  His primary orthopedic interests are hand & upper extremity care as well as conditions of the foot & ankle.   

Dr. Foster has three children.  His wife, Linda, was the first flight nurse in Southern Colorado.  Family activities include skiing, golf and competitive swimming.
