A community event to support our High School Student Athletes

The athletic health fair will feature a sporting equipment drive and various health and athletic organizations in Colorado Springs. If you are interested in donating new or used sporting equipment, please bring it with you and deposit it in one of the on-site donation boxes. The equipment will benefit disadvantaged youth in Colorado Springs via Teens of Promise, a local non-profit organization.

Dist. 20 is scheduled to arrive between 8a.m. - 10a.m.

Dist. 11 is scheduled to arrive between 10a.m. - 12p.m.

* Any students previously diagnosed with asthma, heart conditions or head injuries (past two years) MUST SEE their regular physician for their sports physical. No exceptions will be allowed.

This one time a year event is limited to high school students. No appointment times are scheduled; students will be seen as they arrive. One parent must accompany their minor child (under 18 years-old) through the check point stations.

Please download the Sports Physical Form and fill it out prior to coming.

Cost is $20 cash or check.
You will receive a receipt and a copy of the physical.
