Kevin Allen was born and raised in the Detroit Metropolitan area.  After obtaining two bachelor’s degrees from Michigan State University, as well as becoming a Certified Athletic Trainer, he attended Midwestern University where he completed his Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies.  Upon graduation, he was hired by Colorado Springs Orthopedic Group, where he has worked for the last five years.  PA Allen works primarily with Dr. Richard Stockelman, but does assist other physicians in the group with surgery and trauma patients.  He is also involved with the practice’s OrthoCare clinic.  Special interests include sports medicine and joint replacement. 

PA Allen is married to Carrie, a Colorado native and graduate of Colorado College.  Both enjoy playing hockey as well as the various outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer.
