Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)

For the convenience of our patients, Colorado Springs Orthopaedic Group provides in-house MRI services. An MRI is a safe, painless way for a physician to look into your body.

Our high field, state-of-the-art scanner creates high resolution images, which will be interpreted by a board-certified radiologist. These images provide critical diagnostic information to assist our physicians in the detection and treatment of many orthopedic injuries and conditions. By offering this service in-house, we are able to provide patients with a prompt diagnosis so that the appropriate treatment can begin as soon as possible.

As part of our commitment to ensure quality patient care, we have taken the steps necessary to become fully accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR). Accreditation assures you that our facility is safe and that our scans meet or exceed rigorous quality guidelines set by the ACR. Take additional comfort in knowing that all of our MRI Technologists are board-certified in MRI.
